South Coast Plaza 


For the past decade American malls all over the US have been severely impacted by retail store closures sweeping the country. This project explores how brick and mortar shopping malls must evolve from a place that sells retail goods to one that sells retail experience for long term survival.

South Coast Plaza’s mission is to provide an elevated luxury retail experience to both local and international clientele by offering a deeper appreciation and understanding for art and culture, while supporting the local community.
